Position Description

Provides programmatic support to PM CSS.  This position will provide programmatic review, recommendations, and documentation as required. Position requires five (5) days on-site support.  Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and recommend changes to documentation in support of the acquisition milestone cycle for PM CSS systems
  • Ensure all documentation is in compliance with DoD 5000, SECNAVINST 500.2G, MARCORSYSCOM Acquisition Guidebook, and PM CSS documentation templates to include Acquisition Plans, Single Acquisition Management Plans, Acquisition program Baselines, and Program Management Reviews.
  • Prepare briefing slides
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Capture actions items for PM CSS systems design and technical reviews.
  • Provide risk management status reporting in support of technical reviews, risk review board meetings, and periodic program reviews.
  • Prepare and submit monthly Status Report synopsizing support provided during reporting month.
  • Develop and maintain integrated maser schedules to include the use of One Pager or applicable software to support tracking of program schedules.
  • Support program milestone planning and execution.
  • Assist in the coordination of responses to data calls and inquiries.
  • Support in developing and maintaining Program Management Plans.
  • Facilities Program Objective Memorandum planning and coordination.
  • Prepare acquisition packages such as Acquisition Strategy, Statement of Work, IGCE, and QASP.
  • Schedule and facilitate Integrated Product Team meetings.
  • Prepare CDRLs and review technical deliverables.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lumbee Program Manager
